Shipping policy

Every hat is embroidered to order, so here's what to expect from order to doorstep.

Production time

Because each hat is custom made for you, please allow 2–5 business days for us to embroider and prepare your order before it ships.

Shipping & delivery

We ship worldwide from the United States. Standard U.S. shipping is a flat $7.89, and it's free when you order 2 or more hats. International standard shipping is a flat $12.39 to Canada, $15.49 to Australia, and $19.99 everywhere else. Once your order ships, most U.S. packages arrive within 3–7 business days — so total time from order to delivery is usually about 5–12 business days. International delivery typically takes 10–30 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.

Customs & duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Addresses & delays

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address. Once a package is with the carrier, we're not responsible for shipping delays outside our control.
